Cancellation Policy
Any appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services.
Any appointments that are no-shows (no call/text) will be subject to a 50% payment of all scheduled services. In addition, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required to book any future services. This deposit is credited to the final service ticket upon checkout when/if the service is completed.
Late arrival beyond 15 minutes may result in a change of service(s), extended wait times, or rescheduling the appointment for another day.
If you are unable to make your appointment due to sickness, an emergency, or unsafe weather conditions, please contact the salon as soon as is reasonable, and we will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with no cancellation or rescheduling fees.
